Mata Yogananda’s philosophy, practised and upheld by the Self Realization Sevalight Centres and her many devotees worldwide, is one of unconditional love for all ~ regardless of creed, race, religion, beliefs and gender.Mata Yogananda is the very embodiment of unconditional love. Her message to us all is that we are all sisters and brothers of one another and are all sons and daughters of the Infinite Spirit Oneness.
Mata Yogananda did not preach rules or dogma. Her teachings are there to encourage us forward on our individual paths to self-realization. To finding God within. Her teachings provide priceless, invaluable guidance, helping us to develop our own intuition and to set ourselves free of dogma, habits and conditioning.

To uphold the wisdom of the Masters, such as Jesus, Babaji, Buddha and the Saints.
